What you will do

• Own founder scouting and selection funnel end-to-end: screening, HubSpot management, automations, real-time monitoring, and founder communications.
• Manage residency execution: pre-arrival info, first-day onboarding, session sequencing, external speakers, and handling founder issues.
• Organize portfolio summits, community events like dinners and builders nights with meticulous logistics.
• Hire, manage, and develop interns; maintain Berlin office operations and supplies.
• Continuously improve processes for stability, repeatability, and reduced manual interventions.

Requirements

• Love being in the office and part of a tight-knit, in-person team in Berlin
• Strong work ethic, high agency, low ego, hands-on, and pragmatic approach.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to design/run complex processes end-to-end.
• Process-driven, highly organized, technologically fluent (e.g., HubSpot).
• Comfortable hiring/developing interns while staying close to execution.
• Clear and confident communication in writing and in person; thrive on autonomy.
