What you will do

• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define opportunity spaces, jobs to be done, and research user needs through testing and data analysis.
• Prototype and test assumptions, visualize insights, and present design concepts for alignment and decision-making.
• Ideate and develop user experience flows from wireframes to interactive prototypes informed by research.
• Deliver platform-consistent designs, flows, and assets to engineering while managing brand standards and design systems.
• Iterate on solutions through testing, release into production, monitor results, and champion usability.
• Support team processes, share learnings, and contribute to design system maintenance and leadership opportunities.

Requirements

• On-site in Edmond, OK required
• Knowledge of web and mobile technical constraints
• Proficiency in design, testing, and prototyping tools
• Strong user focus, research, and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years in interaction/visual design or equivalent
• Portfolio of related work
