What you will do

• Work closely with machine learning engineers to develop new product capabilities and uncover insights from massive datasets.
• Lead end-to-end modeling projects from ideation to production deployment to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Build, test, and optimize machine learning models to forecast user behavior, personalize promotions, and enhance Casino product engagement.
• Partner with engineers, analysts, product managers, and marketers to translate insights into scalable customer-facing solutions.
• Mentor junior data scientists and share modeling and engineering best practices.
• Communicate findings and model impact to stakeholders to influence product and marketing strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Proven experience applying machine learning and statistical modeling to real-world business problems, ideally in marketing or customer lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in Python (or R), SQL, and working with large datasets on distributed computing platforms.
• Ability to independently structure and execute data science projects delivering production-ready models and business value.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• As a regulated gaming company, may require gaming license from appropriate state agency.
