What you will do

• Develop and manage marketing mix models (MMM) to report on campaign effectiveness across all products.
• Design predictive models to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Build, iterate, and productionalize advanced machine learning models.
• Collaborate with data engineers and external vendors to source and manage data for channel attribution.
• Partner with cross-functional decision-makers to identify opportunities and improve business results.
• Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in data science, analytics, or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.).
• High proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience creating and managing models for marketing mix and channel attribution.
• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud-based data science platforms.
• Proficiency with Git (branches, commits, and pull requests).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the sports industry or experience working within a heavily regulated industry.
• Experience optimizing compute based on model specifications in Databricks.
