What you will do

• Coordinate development by managing priorities, tasks, team workload, and synchronization between departments and stakeholders.
• Create and improve production processes including planning, scheduling, resource optimization, and budget control.
• Identify risks, remove obstacles, and ensure timely integration and stable progress.
• Align development with business goals, balancing strategy, quality, and user experience.
• Implement quality standards for milestone completion and enhance development approaches.
• Interact with teams, management, and partners, providing status updates on key milestones.

Requirements

• 5+ years as Project Manager in gamedev, leading successful projects (20+ people) from inception to operations.
• Experience building processes from scratch, managing cross-functional teams, and complex production cycles.
• Deep knowledge of Agile (SAFe, LeSS), Waterfall, Kanban, Theory of Constraints, and Lean principles.
• Experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, Lark, MS Project.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, communication, prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Deep understanding of mobile gaming industry.
