What you will do

  • Define and own the multi-quarter product vision and roadmap, focusing on core portfolio and new opportunities
  • Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and market validation to inform decisions
  • Source, evaluate, and develop new products through suppliers, managing full lifecycle from concept to launch
  • Improve existing products using feedback, returns, reviews, and NPS data
  • Design, run, and iterate experiments with clear hypotheses and metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and partners for alignment and execution
  • Build and implement a structured product development process, leading a small team as business scales

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Product, Category, or Brand Management in DTC e-commerce, consumer physical products, beauty, haircare, or related
  • Proven track record of launching products from concept to market and running lean experiments
  • Strong customer insight skills including interviews, surveys, and feedback synthesis
  • Analytical expertise to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed decisions
  • Experience collaborating with performance marketing teams for product-market fit
  • High bias for action, structured approach, attention to detail, and end-to-end decision-making
  • Excellent communication to explain trade-offs and rationale

Nice to have

  • Experience with older or accessibility-focused customer segments
  • Knowledge of hair tools, beauty devices, or assistive products
  • Experience working with Asian manufacturers (e.g., China)
  • Familiarity with reviews, NPS, and customer feedback systems
  • Exposure to performance marketing, CRO, or growth teams
