What you will do

• Lead the client account as the key contact, developing strong relationships with Nestlé and making the account your own.
• Drive innovation in digital and data integration to power marketing communications and create competitive advantage.
• Build and lead a skilled, motivated team focused on industry-leading performance and growth.
• Oversee planning for brand and performance media, identifying optimal use of paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Collaborate with senior team including Managing Partner on cross-portfolio workstreams and strategic challenges.
• Champion the “wholebrain” approach integrating creativity, data, and technology for standout campaigns.

Requirements

• Based in London, UK with hybrid office attendance 4 days a week
• Excellent leadership of large teams internally and with senior clients
• Deep understanding of brand and performance planning across media channels
• Extensive digital experience, including with in-house specialist teams
• Analytical mindset, creative flair, and strong communication skills
• Action-oriented with organization skills to manage diverse workloads
