TL;DR

CRM Manager (HubSpot): Own and continuously improve HubSpot ecosystem as core driver of Growth and Marketing with an accent on automation, data quality, and scalable system architecture. Focus on designing end-to-end commercial processes across revenue funnel, building automated workflows, managing integrations, and ensuring reliable reporting.

Location: Barcelona, Catalunya, Spain (Hybrid working mode)

What you will do

  • Own and improve HubSpot as core CRM for Sales.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end commercial processes across revenue funnel.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows for efficiency and conversion.
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and data/systems ecosystem.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliable reporting for growth tracking.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Finance, and Tech teams as HubSpot point of contact.
  • Define CRM roadmap prioritizing scalability and business impact.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (configuration, workflows, automation).
  • Experience with integrations using APIs, connectors, or middleware/iPaaS.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data platforms for analytics/reporting.
  • Understanding of engineering best practices (Git, change management, documentation).
  • Knowledge of growth, sales, revenue operations and CRM impact on forecasting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Python; dbt/ELT concepts; orchestration tools (Dagster/Airflow); governance/compliance tooling.
