What you will do

• Lead project cost controls team in preparing baseline cost deliverables, monthly/quarterly reports, quantity management reporting, change management program, and risk register.
• Facilitate project forecasts and apply key scheduling processes.
• Recognize issues affecting project execution and advise project team or JV partners.
• Provide guidance to less experienced project controls personnel and act as lead person with supervisory responsibilities.
• Support proposal efforts and demonstrate capability to lead project control functions influencing clients.

Requirements

• All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience, or 8+ years without degree (Home Office or Field Office).
• Perform all aspects of cost analysis under general supervision.
• Work in construction site environments: standing, kneeling, bending, stooping, walking long distances, heights above 5 feet, up to 12-hour shifts, extreme conditions.

Nice to have

• Strong cost experience with projects involving multiple currencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
