What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of research and evaluation projects.
• Manage the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.
• Communicate evaluation plans and research findings to clients.
• Write evaluation sections for grant applications and prepare reports for publication.
• Supervise project tasks and contribute to new proposals.
• Review and abstract published research to support project goals.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline with work experience OR a Master’s degree with at least 7 years of experience.
• Must have Oil and Gas domain expertise.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Technical expertise and experience in staff supervision.
• Ability to travel locally and out-of-state as required.
