What you will do

• Transform prototype into stable, scalable production-ready system.
• Guide engineering team from experimentation to pre-production with focus on code health.
• Oversee Unreal Engine development, core systems, performance, and multiplayer stability.
• Define technical roadmap aligning engineering with creative and market timelines.
• Mentor engineers, foster technical excellence and collaboration.
• Partner with Art, Design, and Production Directors for feasible high-performance execution.

Requirements

• Proven track record shipping projects from pre-production to global launch.
• Extensive Unreal Engine experience structuring large-scale projects for performance and maintainability.
• Shipped at least one major Unreal Engine title, preferably with multiplayer.
• Broad technical skills across game stack to solve architectural challenges.
• Strong communication to mentor seniors and explain to non-technical stakeholders.
