• Lead evolution of the data intake engine for reliability and performance at massive scale.

• Collaborate with engineering managers and leads to shape technical strategy and deliver cross-team initiatives.
• Influence developers, raise engineering standards, and act as technical bar raiser in hiring and code quality.

Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience on IC track.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET; Java or Golang as assets.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases at large scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Proven ability to influence large teams and steer high-impact initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
