TL;DR

Salary: $136,000 - $160,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Design and build scalable systems to process large datasets for fraud investigation and decision support.
  • Lead the implementation of AI-based applications to automate manual review processes.
  • Partner with data science and machine learning teams to extract insights and build robust automated workflows.
  • Define technical approaches for complex projects and translate business needs into measurable outcomes.
  • Improve overall system reliability and operational efficiency through structured, maintainable code solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Toronto, ON and available for in-office work 3 days per week.
  • Experience building and operating production systems leveraging AI or large language models.
  • Proven ability to manage model behavior and deliver consistent, reliable outputs at scale.
  • Proficiency in working with large-scale data pipelines and complex datasets.
  • Strong background in translating business processes into technical solutions with clear milestones.
  • Contribution to technical direction through design reviews and team guidance.
