What you will do

• Define technical direction and make architectural decisions for operational workflow systems.
• Build tools to process large datasets and generate insights for fraud investigation.
• Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to automate manual review processes.
• Develop AI-based applications to improve the speed and accuracy of operational tasks.
• Improve system reliability and development velocity for new product capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems with a focus on reliability.
• Experience building applications using LLMs or similar AI systems in production.
• Ability to manage model behavior and ensure reliable outputs.
• Proficiency in working with large-scale data pipelines.
• Capability to translate business processes into technical solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Must be able to work from the Toronto office at least 3 days per week.
