What you will do

• Partner with business leads to map processes, spot inefficiencies, and decide on elimination, redesign, or AI enhancement.
• Design and deploy AI automations/workflows using tools like n8n, Claude, GPT integrations.
• Own full lifecycle of AI productivity projects from discovery to deployment and adoption.
• Evaluate organizational processes for necessity and AI potential.
• Present AI solution briefs to non-technical stakeholders and lead training sessions.
• Track and report outcomes like time saved, costs reduced, and improved cycle times.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal, required
• 5+ years combining business operations, process improvement, or program management with hands-on AI tool deployment.
• Demonstrated experience deploying AI automations in business contexts.
• Strong business sense to analyze processes in terms of time, cost, and risk.
• Excellent communication for engaging department heads and stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a newly formed team.
• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or equivalent; hands-on experience accepted.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Experience with knowledge management or learning/development tools.
