Salary: $165,000 – $185,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead and manage software engineering teams, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and development.
• Provide technical direction, set objectives aligned with business goals, and drive high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources.
• Foster innovation, accountability, and knowledge sharing while maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• Promote continuous improvement in processes, tooling, and technology adoption, including AI.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources for timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 10+ years software development experience with proven track record
• Proven leadership managing large engineering teams and mentoring talent
• Strong technical expertise in software development, multiple languages, and modern technologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and modern practices
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of software architecture, system integration, design patterns
• Certifications in relevant technologies
