Salary: up to €95,000 + up to 8% year-end bonus

What you will do

• Design and build Kotlin-based services and event-driven flows to reconcile, validate, and serve real-time data from multiple systems.
• Develop data models, APIs, and processing logic ensuring accuracy for financial, operational, and commercial decisions across markets.
• Deploy services on Kubernetes, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and improve observability and system reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into scalable backend solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in backend engineering
• Strong experience with Kotlin or Scala/FP
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments
• Pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Interest in functional programming (Arrow)
• Experience with Redis, Meilisearch or similar tools
