TL;DR

hirify.global Ecosystem GTM Solutions Engineer (EMEA): Act as the technical subject matter expert for hirify.global products across EMEA partners including VARs, SIs, tech alliances, and CSPs with an accent on enablement, value proposition articulation, and GTM playbook deployment. Focus on training IBM ecosystem sales teams, activating partner practices, and scaling revenue through resale and distribution channels.

Location: Bois Colombes Cedex, Hauts-de-Seine, France. Ability to travel as needed in EMEA and occasional international travel required.

What you will do

• Articulate hirify.global portfolio value propositions and provide technical expertise to EMEA ecosystem partners and teams.
• Partner with EMEA GTM lead and worldwide strategy to adapt and deploy GTM playbooks customized for regional markets.
• Enable and train IBM ecosystem sales teams on hirify.global products and latest value propositions.
• Activate and grow hirify.global practices within IBM partners, supporting resell and services delivery.
• Scale ACV bookings and revenue targets via partner resale, distribution, and CSP marketplaces like AWS, Azure, Google.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Technical Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or equivalent practitioner experience.
• Proficiency in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms concepts.
• Proven experience implementing software solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey complex technical concepts.
• Strong problem-solving for complex technical issues and innovative solutions.
• Collaboration in dynamic teams with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Master's Degree required.

• Knowledge and experience with hirify.global tools portfolio.
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, DevOps).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
