What you will do

• Design, manage, and scale core datastores including Cassandra, RDS, and Redis.
• Evolve observability stacks using Prometheus, Thanos, and ELK.
• Drive SRE best practices, disaster recovery, and system-wide resilience.
• Optimize CI/CD infrastructure using Jenkins, Teamcity, and GitHub Actions.
• Leverage Kubernetes and GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) for infrastructure as code.
• Consult with development teams to implement and operate reliable data solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Expertise in GitOps principles and tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash and deep knowledge of Linux systems.
• Experience with major public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with production datastores like Cassandra, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
