TL;DR

Site Reliability Engineer (EngX): Designing, building and maintaining Software Delivery platform, CI/CD tools and standards with an accent on accelerating delivery, AI tooling for developers, autonomy through training and FinOps cost control. Focus on implementing scalable CI/CD pipelines, automating workflows, investigating service issues and collaborating with engineering teams.

Location: Paris, France (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office)

What you will do

  • Design, build and improve Software Factory components like CI/CD to address scaling and resiliency on cloud platforms.
  • Implement tools and services to automate developer workflows and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with engineers to enhance software development lifecycle and processes.
  • Investigate and fix service issues in cooperation with Engineering Manager and team.
  • Champion best practices adoption, leverage AI tools like code generators, and engage stakeholders including Product, DevEx engineers and SaaS providers.

Requirements

  • At ease with English speaking
  • Strong experience with large-scale CI/CD systems (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Experience with SRE/DevOps language (e.g. Go).
  • Good knowledge of Linux/Unix fundamentals.
  • Results-driven, collaborative team player focused on developer empowerment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI tooling and infrastructure.
