TL;DR
Site Reliability Engineer (EngX): Designing, building and maintaining Software Delivery platform, CI/CD tools and standards with an accent on accelerating delivery, AI tooling for developers, autonomy through training and FinOps cost control. Focus on implementing scalable CI/CD pipelines, automating workflows, investigating service issues and collaborating with engineering teams.
Location: Paris, France (Hybrid: 2-3 days in office)

What you will do
- Design, build and improve Software Factory components like CI/CD to address scaling and resiliency on cloud platforms.
- Implement tools and services to automate developer workflows and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with engineers to enhance software development lifecycle and processes.
- Investigate and fix service issues in cooperation with Engineering Manager and team.
- Champion best practices adoption, leverage AI tools like code generators, and engage stakeholders including Product, DevEx engineers and SaaS providers.
Requirements
- At ease with English speaking
- Strong experience with large-scale CI/CD systems (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience with SRE/DevOps language (e.g. Go).
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix fundamentals.
- Results-driven, collaborative team player focused on developer empowerment.
