What you will do

• Implement and oversee HSEQ system execution in projects
• Develop HSEQ processes, standardize them, and translate regulations into practical documentation
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with project and fleet managers for safe survey execution
• Conduct audits, risk analyses, and HSE inspections onshore and offshore
• Manage ISO certifications and ensure compliance with Dutch and international legislation

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Degree in safety engineering
• At least 3 years relevant experience in offshore or maritime sector in a managerial role
• Experience with incident investigation methods (Tripod, Kelvin TOP-SET, etc.)
• Experience with risk management, audits, and compliance in technical environments

Nice to have

• Knowledge of survey vessels, equipment, and associated risks
