What you will do

• Support customers in design, specification, and application of high-temperature insulation systems.
• Translate challenges and regulations into compliant, high-performing solutions.
• Provide guidance across project lifecycle: design reviews, installation, after-sales.
• Evaluate product compliance, risks, and suitability for safe implementation.
• Manage multiple complex projects and collaborate with sales, product management, R&D, and external bodies.
• Deliver training, documentation, market insights, and customer feedback for innovation.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in refractory engineering, ceramics, thermal dynamics or related fields.
• Proven experience in refractory or high-temperature industrial processes.
• Knowledge of fire protection and thermal insulation applications.
• Ability to understand customer needs and design effective systems.
• Confident communicator for technical explanations, documentation, and training.
• Solution-oriented with analytical skills, commercial savvy, and market trend identification.
• Comfortable in remote setup; fluent English required.
