Salary: £67,023 - £74,470

What you will do
- Lead a team of 3 in delivering daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting with strong financial controls.
- Manage statutory accounts for Transport subsidiaries, collaborating with partners and external auditors.
- Embed risk management and maintain a no-surprises control environment, resolving issues collaboratively.
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality and automation.
- Build partnerships for accurate Group and subsidiary reporting.
- Act as SME in transformation initiatives and foster a development-focused team culture.
Requirements
- Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in financial control and statutory reporting
- Knowledge of Group reporting systems, IFRS standards, statutory accounts, and legal entities.
- Strong experience in financial control and risk reporting (LBG RSCA and SOX for internal candidates).
- Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication to influence and build collaborative relationships.
- Strategic problem-solving with passion for transformation and improvement.
Nice to have
- Power app suite and/or automation tools.
- Experience with Oracle or SAP.
