What you will do

• Manage end-to-end gross margin accounting for B2B channels, including COGS, rebates, and promotional spend.
• Produce internal reports and dashboards providing actionable insights on P&L performance for leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and FP&A teams to optimize margin reporting and strategy.
• Maintain and challenge balance sheet accruals to ensure reporting clarity and health.
• Ensure internal reporting controls meet SOX compliance requirements.
• Mentor and lead a finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in gross margin accounting, trade terms, and promotional spend.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems like Oracle.
• Knowledge of IFRS15 and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
• Must be able to work on-site in Leeds 3 days per week.
