Data & Information Management Senior Analyst (AI)

Location: London; hybrid work with 2 days per week in the office, based in Osterley or Livingston Watermark, United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Support the design of enterprise data governance and data management frameworks, operating models, and standards.
• Develop and document AI-ready data controls covering data quality and data cataloguing.
• Create data ownership and governance models for data domains, including monitoring and reporting control effectiveness.
• Implement data and information management controls across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data throughout the information lifecycle.
• Partner with business, engineering, and technical subject-matter experts to embed controls based on risks, use cases, and data products.
• Promote data management best practices, innovation, and adoption of strategic tooling.

Requirements

• Expertise in data management and data governance, including data ownership, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and data cataloguing.
• Proficiency with data management and data governance technologies and tooling.
• Experience designing and implementing data management and data governance frameworks, operating models, and processes.
• Experience applying data controls within engineering and technical processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Careful attention to detail when implementing policies and frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven data management or governance tools such as Anomalo or Atlan.
• SQL, Python, Google Cloud Platform, or BigQuery experience.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices and tools such as JIRA.
• Interest in continuous learning, improvement, innovation, and new technologies.
