What you will do

• Define and execute customer segmentations and selections for marketing campaigns using SQL and Databricks, including deduplication and data preparation
• Improve and automate segmentation and campaign workflows using AI and scalable data pipelines
• Generate actionable insights on customer behavior and engagement
• Enable data-driven decision-making across product, marketing, and operations
• Define and track key metrics for customer experience and business impact
• Support use cases like personalization and campaign optimization

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (or similar role)
• Strong SQL skills and solid Python capabilities for data analysis and transformation
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and modern data platforms (e.g. AWS-based environments)
• Strong experience with Power BI for building dashboards and communicating insights
• Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and derive actionable insights
• Experience with customer or product analytics (e.g. funnels, cohorts, segmentation)
• Familiarity with event-based data models and tracking concepts
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Cursor and Microsoft Copilot
• Fluent in English
