Location: Full-time on-site position (5 days/week) in Augsburg or Berlin

What you will do

• Drive financial planning: budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to inform leadership decisions.
• Own end-to-end talent acquisition: workforce planning, sourcing, candidate experience, and offer management.
• Support people development: headcount planning, onboarding, and team scaling structures.
• Monitor key Finance and People initiatives, provide insights, and execute founders' priorities.
• Lead high-priority strategic projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

• C2 English proficiency required
• +2 years experience in consultancy or as Founders Associate
• Studying at a top university with entrepreneurial focus
• Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality
• Ambitious, structured, proactive in fast-paced environments
• Curiosity about tech, operations, and business strategy in high-growth companies
• Eager to invest time beyond standard hours
