What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment across departments, ensuring fast, smooth candidate experience
• Review applications, manage pipelines, conduct interviews, handle scheduling, logistics, and feedback
• Activate employer branding across channels with compelling content and data-driven improvements
• Drive operational excellence by implementing process improvements and leveraging GenAI for efficient workflows

Requirements

• First experience in recruiting with strong interest in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
• Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset in fast-moving environments
• Fluency in English, German is a strong plus
• Structured, detail-oriented style with curiosity for data, tools, AI, and process improvements
• Strong communication skills toward candidates and hiring managers
