hirify.global is building a prevention-focused healthcare company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience.

What you will do

• Own Canada's operating cadence, including MBRs, QBRs, and weekly leadership reporting based on inputs from nine communities.
• Build new operations, products, processes, and reporting systems from definition through launch and handover.
• Lead provincial insurance, regulatory, filing, and clinical licensing execution for expansion into new provinces.
• Develop AI agents and tooling to automate reporting, hiring pipeline analysis, and regulatory monitoring.
• Write decision documents and coordinate priorities between Canada and Europe.
• Support adjacent business needs, including hiring loops, intern management, leadership coverage, and running the Toronto office.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in consulting, banking, M&A, a high-growth startup, or as a founder.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and ownership from start to finish.
• Exceptional written communication, organisation, time management, and autonomy.
• Practical command of AI tools and the ability to use them to extend output.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to transform healthcare in Canada.
• Based in Toronto and available to work in the office 5 days a week.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• International team experience.
• Experience in scale-ups, healthcare, or insurance.
