Community General Manager, Imperial Service

Location: On-site full-time in Brampton, Ontario, at the Brampton-Bovaird and Conestoga banking centres

What you will do

• Lead and coach client-facing Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives across the banking centre and surrounding community.
• Deepen client relationships by understanding financial goals and matching clients with appropriate products and solutions.
• Monitor business performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Coordinate across client offers and partners to maximize market opportunities and banking centre performance.
• Maintain effective operations, controls, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Champion client service, resolve complaints, and build hirify.global’s reputation in the community.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Strong capabilities in leadership, people management, business development, customer experience, financial products, and risk management.
• Ability to work on-site full-time and be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location.
• Additional credentials such as BCO, BME, CPH, WME, or CFP are assets.
