What you will do

• Provide high-touch, in-person IT support as the primary contact for all technical needs in the YPS office.
• Manage end-to-end hardware lifecycle including procurement, configuration, deployment, and decommissioning with CMDB maintenance.
• Ensure AV, meeting rooms, and printers are always operational and meeting-ready.
• Execute integration projects migrating devices, identity management, and infrastructure to global standards.
• Serve as SME for YPS systems during transition, upholding security standards.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to IT service improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in onsite IT support with focus on hardware lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of asset management and CMDB tools.
• Expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining meeting room AV technology.
• Experience in transitional or integration environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in London YPS office (onsite)
