What you will do

• Perform complex on-site diagnostics, service, repairs, and maintenance on customer hirify.global equipment.
• Review and explain service concerns to customers, document work orders, and promote service programs.
• Collaborate with Technical Support Center to schedule assignments and manage parts inventory.
• Support machinery set-up, adjustments, and maintain knowledge of hirify.global products.
• Complete reports, account for time and materials, and handle peak-season workloads.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to travel within region with limited supervision.
• Ag Diesel Technology Degree preferred or equivalent; 3+ years in field service on agricultural equipment.
• Experience in customer-facing troubleshooting; knowledge of hirify.global equipment a plus.
• Ability to read schematics, operate large machinery safely, and make ad-hoc decisions autonomously.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills; handle high-volume workloads with attention to detail.
