Location: Hybrid in Raleigh-Durham, NC area office (Monday-Friday in office with one day work from home per week)

What you will do
- Explain key product features and benefits to customers via email and phone
- Generate quotes for new, renewal, and upgrade customers
- Maintain detailed records of business activities and communications in Salesforce
- Develop deep product knowledge and partner with teams to drive sales and renewals
- Handle purchase orders, payments, and deliver outstanding customer service
- Share ideas to streamline workflows and take on additional projects
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Exceptional phone skills and strong written/oral communication
- Comfortable with technology; experience with G Suite, Excel, and Salesforce
- Detail-oriented, organized, energetic self-starter in fast-paced environment
