TL;DR
Business Segment Lead (Healthtech): Articulate vision, define priorities and resources, and make strategic decisions for a specific client segment to achieve market leadership with an accent on market intelligence, value proposition, pricing, and go-to-market strategy. Focus on owning P&L, allocating resources, and collaborating on product trade-offs based on market insights.
Location: Hybrid in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille (France); Brussels (Belgium); Madrid, Barcelona (Spain). Must be based in or willing to relocate to one of these locations.

What you will do
- Build market expertise through quantitative sizing and qualitative customer insights.
- Develop differentiated value propositions and pricing strategies for segment leadership.
- Define go-to-market strategies for renewals, expansions, distribution channels, and partners.
- Own P&L and build cases for resource allocation.
- Collaborate with product, insurance, sales, and marketing teams on trade-offs and insights.
- Work with other segment leads to share practices and align on long-term plans.
Requirements
- At least 7 years leading a business (product category, segment, etc.)
- Fluent in English and French
- Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona
- Exceptional transversal influence across teams.
- Strong data analysis for 360-degree market view.
- Business sense combined with deep product understanding.
- Ability to articulate clear strategies amid complexity.
- Experience with senior leadership; generalist self-starter.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in tech, industry (manufacturing, wholesale, luxury), or new high-potential segments.
