What you will do

• Lead and own hirify.global’s operations and growth in Spain, identifying opportunities, risks, and levers for expansion.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with global teams in Customer Support, Travel Product, Legal, Finance, HR, Marketing, Tech, Operations, and Project Management.
• Ensure operational readiness for launches, campaigns, and process changes, monitoring service quality and bottlenecks.
• Provide market insights and strategic feedback to global Product, Support, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
• Build local market presence and credibility through partnerships with Marketing and Community teams.
• Track priorities, dependencies, and performance with strong governance and accountability.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in local market language (Spanish) and English
• Proven experience as Country Manager, Market Manager, Operations Manager, or similar
• Strong cross-functional leadership and execution in fast-growing or international environments
• Commercial mindset with understanding of local market dynamics
• Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving, ownership, and stakeholder influence

• Experience in travel, marketplaces, tech-enabled services, direct sales, or community-based businesses
