What you will do

• Lead and engage MICE Specialists, conducting weekly 121s to ensure target achievement.
• Set up monthly development objectives for the sales team and review their performance.
• Coach and mentor the MICE team, focusing on constant skill development.
• Identify individual and team training needs, onboarding and training new salespeople.
• Provide mentorship for the MICE team with an in-depth understanding of hirify.global products.
• Develop specific training sessions based on needs and act as a consultant to direct reports.
