Implementation Specialist (EdTech): Partner with mid-size districts in Michigan to ensure successful IXL implementation through professional development, data reviews, and strategic planning. Location: Full-time remote for candidates living in Metro Detroit, Michigan. Up to 60% travel during back-to-school season and 40% remainder of year. Must live close to a major airport.

What you will do

• Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support for mid-size districts.
• Collaborate to create and implement professional development plans for successful IXL rollout.
• Travel regionally for in-person PD, quarterly visits, and district support.
• Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions to boost engagement and usage.
• Analyze data to inform decision-making and strategize next steps.
• Work with Sales to manage customer relationships and support pilots/pre-sales.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years teaching in K-12; instructional coaching, school leadership, or edtech PD strongly preferred
• 2+ years providing professional development
• Experience supporting district implementations strongly preferred
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills; organized self-starter with strategic thinking.
• Must live close to a major airport in Metro Detroit, Michigan
