What you will do

• Conduct literature review on thermophysical property measurement techniques for battery cells
• Select and set up experimental methods for thermal conductivity and specific heat capacity
• Perform measurements under varying conditions including SoC, temperature, pressure, and aging
• Analyze variability of parameters across different cell types and conditions
• Document findings and present recommendations for simulation input parameters

Requirements

• Ongoing Master studies in technical or natural sciences (physics, mechanical engineering, materials science or similar)
• Interest in experimental work and battery technology
• Experience in laboratory measurements and data analysis beneficial
• High quality awareness and attention to detail
• Self-reliance, ability to work in team and autonomously
• Fluent English essential; fluent German beneficial
• Presence at headquarters in Graz required
