LTQR Document Coordinator: Collation, verification, and compilation of Lifetime Quality Records associated with project construction, manufacturing, and installation activities with an accent on ensuring completeness, accuracy, and traceability. Focus on liaising with construction, quality, engineering, and document control teams, maintaining LTQR index structures, and supporting readiness reviews and audits.

Location: Onsite full-time in Bridgwater, SOM, GB, TA5 1UD (Monday to Friday)

What you will do

• Compile, review, and verify documentation for LTQRs.
• Liaise with construction, quality, engineering, and document control teams to collect and track records like FUDs, weld records, material certificates, test reports, and calibration records.
• Ensure records comply with project specifications, NNB Quality Requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Populate and maintain LTQR index structures aligned to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and system boundaries.
• Support readiness reviews, turnover activities, and audits by internal and external parties.
• Identify and escalate missing or non-conforming records and assist in resolutions.

Requirements

• Experience in document control and quality records management.
• Familiarity with document control systems like Switch, TeamCentre, Proarc.
• Knowledge of construction, manufacturing, and installation documentation (FUDs, weld records, material certificates, test reports, calibration records).
• Ability to ensure compliance with project specs, quality requirements, and standards.
• Full-time onsite presence in Bridgwater, UK required.
