Location: Onsite in Bridgwater, SOM, GB, TA5 1UD on a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation with 10-hour days.

What you will do

• Prepare, issue, and track Surveillance Offer Notifications (SONs) via SONIMS, aligning with Follow Up Documents (FUDs).
• Coordinate with clients and third-party inspectors to confirm attendance for surveillance activities.
• Communicate delays, reschedules, or site readiness issues between construction teams and stakeholders.
• Verify work readiness with discipline engineers and quality inspectors before issuing notifications.
• Maintain trackers of inspection outcomes, findings, and close-outs for progress visibility.
• Manage data entry and document flow in SONIMS for audit trails.

Requirements

• Experience in QA coordination or similar administrative role in engineering/construction.
• Familiarity with inspection processes and surveillance notifications.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with clients, inspectors, and teams.
• Ability to work 10 days on / 4 days off rotation with 10-hour shifts onsite in Bridgwater, UK.
