About the roleXPANCEO is a deep tech unicorn building the next generation of computing: smart contact lenses that seamlessly merge all your gadgets into a single device. With 70% of our team comprised of world-class scientists and engineers, we’re building the innovative device at the intersection of optics, novel materials, biosensing, and AI. Our work has already been featured in top-tier global media, including Forbes, Wired, Business Insider, and Bloomberg. As we continue to scale, we are expanding our in-house PR team to sustain this high caliber of media coverage and elevate our global brand presence even further. We are looking for a Global PR & Executive Communications Manager to take our founders' visibility and our global narrative to the next level. Together with Head of PR and our Middle PR Manager, a dedicated copywriting team, and our external partners, you will be building media relations with the top-tier international media and drive the visionary thought leadership of our team. What you will do:

• Executive PR & thought leadership: Secure high-profile podcast appearances, YouTube interviews, and expert commentary opportunities for our founders.
• Global media relations: Systematically pitch and build relationships with Tier-1 business, tech, and visionary media across the US, Europe, and Asia.
• Content production pipeline: Brainstorm compelling angles, write detailed briefs for our copywriters, review the drafts, and pitch the final Op-Eds/columns to global editors.
• Newsjacking: Monitor global tech trends and quickly insert our founders' insights into breaking news agendas.
• Conferences media pitching: Support the team during major international tech conferences (like Web Summit, CES) by securing and coordinating on-the-ground interviews with global journalists.

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of international PR experience, specifically with a strong track record of securing placements in international Tier-1 media.
• Experience in fast-paced tech sectors (DeepTech, FinTech, EdTech, B2B SaaS, etc.). You should know how to pitch a tech product.
• Exceptional written and spoken English (C1+).
• A genuine passion for complex tech. You are not afraid of complicated concepts. You actually enjoy diving deep into how things work (whether it's optics, micro-batteries, or AI) and have a talent for translating "nerdy" facts into compelling, human stories.

• Flexible working hours, but you must be online and available in the GMT+3 / GMT+4 time zones
