What you will do

• Own engineering scope for allocated work packages from concept through detailed design, construction support, and handover.
• Define and maintain clear Work Package Scope of Work, align with project schedule, and provide progress reporting.
• Manage interfaces between engineering disciplines, other work packages, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Provide engineering support during construction including site visits, ensure design intent in activities.
• Support commissioning, testing, and handover with as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and technical dossiers.
• Lead safety, quality, and compliance efforts including CDM obligations, hazard identification, and risk assessment.

Requirements

• Degree (or equivalent) in engineering or related discipline.
• Strong engineering background in relevant discipline(s) with sound understanding of engineering lifecycle and construction delivery.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, schedule and progress management, risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication skills, ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Decisive, organised, and delivery-focused.
