What you will do

• Mentor and support software engineers to help them shape their career paths and achieve professional objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience delivering software as part of an agile delivery team.
• Experience developing software that adheres to strict compliance standards such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, or CCPA.
• Proven experience working with remote and globally distributed teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with developers and analysts.
• Must be based in the UK.
