What you will do
- Mentor and support software engineers to help them shape their career paths and achieve professional objectives.
- Champion an inclusive and equitable environment, ensuring every team member feels valued and respected.
- Lead the recruitment and retention of diverse engineering teams to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Facilitate team efficiency and focus to ensure the production of high-quality software.
- Collaborate with the Director of Product Engineering, Product Managers, and other managers to align technical operations with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience delivering software as part of an agile delivery team.
- Experience developing software that adheres to strict compliance standards such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, or CCPA.
- Proven experience working with remote and globally distributed teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with developers and analysts.
- Must be based in the UK.
