Location: OmahaMust be eligible to work in the U.S. Some travel (5-10%) required, including extended stays of 1-3 weeks.

What you will do

• Act as expert on hirify.global combines and front attachments, providing technical support to dealers.
• Lead technical service training efforts, create training videos and materials for North American market.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site at dealer locations.
• Develop technical reports on product performance and changes, edit publications like field actions.
• Liaise between hirify.global Central Academy and hirify.global of America training departments.
• Provide input on warranty for combines and attachments components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Ag-related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years work-related experience, preferably in agricultural equipment including diesel engines.
• Expert understanding of North American harvesting technology.
• Strong technical communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read engineering prints, especially electro-hydraulic schematics.
• Advanced computer skills, experience with diagnostic software; valid driver’s license and passport required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
