What you will do

• Work with engineers on new projects from scratch and existing codebase
• Build back-end wiring, application logic, and UI for products
• Drive development process including design, coding, testing, debugging, and tuning
• Provide estimates, evaluate feasibility, and assess new technologies
• Collaborate across teams to design and release products

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or related
• Excellent programming skills in object-oriented language
• Experience with web development: SQL databases, caching, backend APIs, Javascript, CSS
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for education technology
