Maintenance Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and optimize multi-year preventive and predictive maintenance plans
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance, initiating improvement actions
• Define and control maintenance budgets with focus on cost optimization
• Manage maintenance contracts and relationships with external suppliers
• Implement and improve maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Support local teams with complex breakdowns, major maintenance, investment projects, and equipment modifications
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or comparable field
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance or reliability roles in industrial environments
• Knowledge of maintenance methodologies such as RCM, TPM, and/or VAM
• Experience with maintenance management systems (e.g., Ultimo)
• Strong analytical skills and cost-conscious mindset
• Good communication skills and collaborative attitude
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations (advantage)
