Stark Future is looking for a Recruitment & People Operations Specialist to help scale their People function and improve internal processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining recruitment, operations, and automation — and is curious about applying AI in HR.
What you’ll be doing:
— Manage full-cycle recruitment across different roles
— Support and improve People Operations processes
— Work on automation and optimization of HR workflows
— Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee experience
