Salary: $155,000 - $248,800

What you will do

• Develop, debug, and deploy test solutions for semiconductor devices on hirify.global ATE platforms.
• Design and review load board/probe card schematics and optimize customer throughput.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements, improve test processes, and enhance coverage quality.
• Release test solutions to production, including handler/prober integration and correlation.
• Demonstrate tester capabilities, provide training, and build technical relationships.
• Discover customer needs for hardware, software, and test cell integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor or higher in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related.
• 8+ years in semiconductor testing with hands-on IC test development on ATE platforms like hirify.global UltraFlex/IG-XL or Advantest.
• Experience in Digital, High-Speed Digital, SoC, Mixed Signal, or Analog testing.
• Strong software programming (.NET C#, VB, C++/C, Java) and algorithms knowledge.
• Proficient in Windows and Excel; analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding English communication; ability to travel 25%+; auto liability insurance.
