TL;DR
Senior Revenue Consultant (TechnologyOne Property & Rating): Lead and deliver improvements, upgrades, and implementations for council Property & Rating systems with an accent on valuations, billing cycles, charging structures, and process optimization. Focus on designing configurations, troubleshooting ETLs and workflows, running workshops, and fixing data issues to streamline council operations.
Location: Hybrid working in Melbourne, Sydney, and/or New Zealand offices

What you will do
- Lead Property & Rating improvements, upgrades, and implementations tailored to diverse council setups.
- Run workshops on valuations, property lifecycle, charging structures, instalments, recoveries, and annual billing.
- Design and configure TechOne P&R solutions, ETLs, workflows, DocOne templates, and DocViews.
- Troubleshoot data issues, run reconciliations, support UAT, and optimize council processes.
- Share knowledge with clients, mentor juniors, and help councils improve P&R usage.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience as senior end user, Rates SME, or system admin for TechOne Property & Rating.
- TechnologyOne CiA experience required.
- Strong understanding of property/valuation management, rating structures/levies, instalments/supplementary cycles, revenue/recoveries/compliance, EOY/annual billing.
- Solid grasp of BPA configuration and business process analysis.
- Experience with ETLs, BPAs, DocOnes, workflows.
- Confidence in running workshops, excellent documentation and communication skills, team-first attitude with willingness for office/onsite work.
