What you will do

• Lead client engagements: scope, prototype, and deliver GenAI workflows; translate pain points into LLM solutions; run discovery sessions and prompt engineering labs.
• Conduct AI experimentation: build PoCs with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini; package into reusable prompt libraries and playbooks; collaborate with SMEs and compliance.
• Facilitate education: deliver live GenAI sessions, workshops, and materials like guides and templates; act as advisor for AI adoption.
• Launch GenAI labs: operate internal/client labs for hands-on learning; create frameworks to explore and socialize AI wins.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US and located within the US
• 3–8 years in consulting, product enablement, innovation, or applied business strategy.
• Demonstrated independence: lead client work, make decisions with minimal oversight.
• Hands-on GenAI experience: building prompts, workflows, PoCs.
• Excellent facilitation, storytelling; bridge business, compliance, tech.
• Fast thinker/actor in ambiguous environments; self-directed learner.

Nice to have

• Mortgage, fintech, or regulated industry experience.
• AI safety, governance, compliance knowledge.
• Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, LangChain.
• Experience in startups, consulting, L&D, innovation teams.
